About Me

With over a decade of dedicated service in the healthcare industry, I have passionately championed community engagement, human services, and corporate social impact. My journey took a transformative turn when I decided to establish ChangeBridge Consulting, a firm specializing in equitable capacity-building.

Throughout my career, I have consistently woven a foundation of equity into projects I've committed to. This commitment, combined with the collective expertise of my talented team, not only earned us recognition at state and national levels, but also ushered in tangible, transformative outcomes that hold the potential to reshape the course of organizations, businesses, and community well-being.

I have served as a board member for multiple organizations, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Illinois and SING - a program for formerly incarcerated individuals - as well as being a key player in the efforts to strategically end homelessness in Central Illinois. One of the most impactful experiences of my career was establishing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion division for a $1.5 billion health system, with 5 hospitals and over 100 sites of care. Most recently I participated in the inaugural Forefront Illinois Racial Equity Cohort and as a member of the National Rise to Health Coalition. I presented at the 2024 National Association for Community and Restorative Justice Conference and have participated in countless panels and speaking opportunities. These efforts have taught me the power of collaboration and innovation in tackling complex societal change.
