BIO

Becky has dedicated her career to inclusive leadership and facilitating positive change. With a Master's degree in Human Services and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Becky has more than a decade of experience focused on organizational development and promoting equitable access to resources. She holds a certificate as a Healing Ambassador, rooted in Restorative Justice approaches, as well as being a Level 1 Trauma Informed Practitioner. She also holds both the Certified Diversity Professional and Executive designations through the Institute for Diversity Certification. Equipped with this knowledge, she established ChangeBridge Consulting, whose mission is to fill critical gaps… empowering organizations across the country to lead with greater equity, efficiency, and effectiveness. 


Becky was selected to participate in the 2025-2026 Obama Leaders USA cohort. She was a member of the 2024 Forefront Illinois Racial Equity Cohort and the national U.S. Rise to Health Coalition. She was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree and serves as the co-chair of the DEIJ Committee for the National Association for Community and Restorative Justice. She also serves on the Illinois Women in Leadership DEI Committee and is a member of Women Entrepreneurs of Central Illinois. 


Her work has received multiple awards and recognitions at the local, state, and national level. Becky has consulted with clients such as RUSH University on the national rollout of the racial health equity progress report and currently works with clients such as the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, as well as many other non-profit and private sector organizations. 


She is an experienced facilitator and keynote speaker with a proven record of engaging diverse audiences ranging from small leadership teams to large conference halls. Becky facilitates more than 50 speaking engagements annually spanning local, regional, statewide, and national platforms. Her approach blends research-based insights, interactive facilitation, and practical tools that inspire immediate application and receive above-average satisfaction scores.
