Strategic Planning Ignites Growth for Innovation Hub
Faced with rapid growth and numerous moving parts, an innovation and coworking center in a historically marginalized area requested help organizing its efforts and shaping a clear path forward. ChangeBridge Consulting facilitated a strategic planning process, delivering a comprehensive plan and slide deck for soliciting community input. Additionally, we launched monthly public workshops and created a newsletter to spotlight the center's accomplishments. As a result, the center has seen increased community engagement, higher patronage, improved morale, and stronger alignment with funding requirements, positioning them for continued success.
Leading Strategic Equity Initiatives for Statewide Agencies
Two of Illinois’ largest government agencies needed to develop and implement strategic equity plans but lacked the internal resources to deliver. ChangeBridge Consulting stepped in to lead multiple workstreams, including stakeholder interviews, leadership assessments, strategic planning sessions, and the creation of surveys. We also provided design support for presentations and event collateral. Our efforts culminated in comprehensive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access plans, complete with detailed project roadmaps and ongoing technical assistance. A key highlight was a strategic planning event attended by over 150 people, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback.
Streamlining Operations for a Nationally-Recognized After School Program
Nationally-recognized for high quality, this after school program needed support to manage critical projects and improve efficiency due to a major staffing transition. ChangeBridge Consulting stepped in to complete year-end tax requirements and enhance their donor management database. By streamlining processes, we freed up staff time, improved reporting accuracy, and created a smoother donor experience. Driving Statewide Strategy for
Public Health Preparedness
Tasked with advancing one state’s Health Improvement Plan, ChangeBridge Consulting led coordination for the Emerging Diseases priority area. We assembled and facilitated a statewide Action Team of subject matter experts and stakeholders, designed collaborative tools to assess over 60 strategies, and guided the group in prioritizing high-impact, feasible solutions. Through a series of strategic sessions, we helped shape comprehensive implementation plans for the top 23 strategies; each with defined activities, timelines, responsible agencies, and calls to action. The result was a unified, forward-looking roadmap to strengthen preparedness and response infrastructure.
Empowering Leadership for Rapidly Growing Top 100 Private Company in US
One of the largest private companies in the U.S. was experiencing rapid growth and needed to equip its leaders, from front-line managers to Senior VPs, with essential skills. ChangeBridge Consulting supported the development, design, and delivery of a multi-week leadership development training series, facilitating sessions for multiple pilot cohorts. Building Infrastructure for Non-Profit to Access Federal Grant Funding
A small non-profit serving formerly incarcerated individuals received a sizable Federal grant but lacked the infrastructure to access the funds. ChangeBridge Consulting provided comprehensive support, including grant writing, grant management, policy and procedure development, and infrastructure setup. We also served as the organization's financial and grant liaison.
