About Dr. Macy Ferguson-Smith
(pronounced May-see Fir-guh-sin Sm-IH-th)
She/They

Macy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of diversity, equity, inclusion, and health equity. With a background in clinical social work and a forthcoming Doctorate in Education with a focus on Organizational Justice, Equity, & Inclusion, she is uniquely equipped to lead impactful DEI strategies.

 

Macy has successfully led initiatives that enhance clinical operations and community partnerships towards more equitable systems. Macy's experience as a Behavioral Health Therapist ahas given them deep insights into holistic, human-centered care and the importance of evidence-based practices in empowering individuals and organizations.

 

They have also been recognized as a leader in the community, evidenced by their inclusion in the inaugural cohort of the Obama Foundation Leaders USA and receiving the YWCA's Person of Achievement award.

 

At ChangeBridge Consulting, Macy will leverage their extensive experience and commitment to social justice to guide our clients towards more equitable and inclusive practices. We are excited to see the positive changes Macy will bring to our team.
