Lacey is an experienced human resources and learning and development professional with over 20 years of HR experience in recruiting, employee relations, workforce development, onboarding, training, team building, and strategic HR partnership. Lacey has been in the healthcare field for more than a decade.

Lacey also brings expertise in grant management, at one point manageing more than $80 million in federal and state grant funding within the technology sector. She has served on the boards of SHRM Central Illinois and the ILAEYC Capitol Area Chapter, holds a SHRM-CP certification, and earned a Bachelor’s degree.

 

Lacey is known for her practical, people-centered approach and her ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex administrative and HR initiatives.
