Kay’te has a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a minor in Criminal Justice.

 

She has depth of experience in community organizing and is passionate about sowing hope throughout communities that have been systemically disenfranchised.

 

She serves on the board of the Unitarian Universalist Prison Ministry of Illinois and won the undergraduate “Outstanding Sociology Student” award. She works as a consultant with ChangeBridge Consulting to co-facilitate DEI trainings and advise on strategic projects.
