Hayden Lo brings strong analytical skills, business insight, and a systems-oriented mindset to the ChangeBridge Consulting team. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics and Information Management at Purdue University, with additional studies in management and entrepreneurship.

Hayden has experience supporting data-driven decision-making through consulting, financial analysis, and research on policy and operational challenges. His background includes forecasting scenarios, analyzing large datasets, and contributing to strategic initiatives across sustainability, finance, and operations. With a collaborative approach and interest in applying analytics to real-world impact, Hayden supports ChangeBridge’s work through research, analysis, and project support.
